Dental Care Finder exists to close the gap between having a dental question and getting a straight answer to it.
Why it exists
Dental appointments are short, the vocabulary is unfamiliar, and the person explaining your options is usually also the person who would carry them out. None of that is sinister — it is just a bad setup for asking basic questions.
So people nod, agree to a plan they only half followed, and go home to search for what the words meant. The searching turns up marketing pages from practices, forum threads of wildly different quality, and articles written to rank rather than to explain.
Dental Care Finder is the alternative: describe the situation in your own words, and a person writes back in plain English with what it usually means and what to ask next.
What we are not
We are not a dental practice. We have no dentists on staff, we cannot examine you, and we do not diagnose, treat, prescribe or refer. We do not have an opinion on which practice you should use and we take no fee from any of them.
If your question needs a professional to look in your mouth — and plenty do — the answer you get from us will say so plainly rather than guess.
How we make money
Right now, we do not. Dental Care Finder is run by Prospect Digital LLC, registered in Wyoming, which operates a small group of other sites. If a paid element is ever introduced, it will be stated here first, and it will never be a fee for answering a question.

Plain language
If a sentence needs a clinical dictionary, the sentence is wrong. That goes for the consent text as much as the answers.
Your details stay yours
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties or affiliates. It is used to answer you and nothing else.
No pressure, no referral
We take no fee from any dental practice. We will not tell you where to go, because we have no basis to and no business doing it.
We say when we do not know
Some questions genuinely need someone to look in your mouth. The reply will say so rather than dress up a guess.
