What this service is
Dental Care Finder is operated by Prospect Digital LLC, registered in Wyoming; “we” and “us” below mean that company. The service provides general information and guidance about dental care topics.
It is not dental care. We are not a dental practice, we employ no dentists, and we do not examine, diagnose, treat, prescribe or refer. Nothing we send you is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for a licensed dentist who can look in your mouth.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older to submit a request. Use the service for your own questions, or on behalf of someone who knows you are doing so. Do not use it to obtain information you intend to present to anyone as clinical advice.
Emergencies
Do not use this service for anything urgent. Severe pain, facial swelling, bleeding that will not stop, a knocked-out or broken tooth, or any injury to the teeth or jaw needs a dentist or an emergency department the same day. We do not monitor submissions continuously and we cannot respond urgently.
What we will and will not tell you
We will explain what terms mean, what a procedure usually involves, what commonly causes a symptom, and what questions are worth asking. We will not tell you what is wrong with you, what treatment you should have, whether a specific quote is fair, or which practice to use.
Information we provide is general. Your own situation may differ, and only someone who can examine you can say how.
Text messages
Text messages are optional, consented to separately, and never a condition of using the service. The SMS Terms set out what is sent, how often, what it costs and how to stop it.
This website
The text, layout and code here are ours. You may read, print and quote pages with attribution. You may not scrape the site, republish it wholesale, or use it to send unsolicited messages to anyone.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a decision you made about your dental care in reliance on information we provided. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
